a couple of weeks ago,

on the coldest, most windy day of the year,

we had our pictures taken by the amazing abbey.

outside. at the beach.

 this one of us is my favorite.

 these two were no strangers to the camera.

they loved being photographed.

 sammy wanted no part of the day.

she cried the entire time, saying, "i'm cold".

but, all in all, i think they turned out beautifully.

they are so "us".

perfectly imperfect.
